Oneida Healthcare Center 3rd Floor Maternity Renovation

Scope: $2.8 million; 13,800 SF; Labor and delivery suites, recovery suites, operating room, nursery, and nurses station

Amenities: Support spaces with staff lockers and lounge, conference room, patient lounge, and reception area with café/snack bar.

Services: General Construction/Construction Management

Challenges: Work had to proceed without interruption to the existing labor and delivery.  The new maternity floor was located directly over the operating room so all access for new M/E/P to the 2nd floor o.r. had to be coordinated by the hour.

Schedule: January 2002 - November 2002 (10 months)
