| Renovation and Reconstruction Construction Manger Platinum LEED status pending When King & King Architects chose to relocate to downtown Syracuse, they chose an ambition path to create the first LEED Platinum project in Central New York. They turned to Hueber-Breuer to help navigate the difficult process of transforming a circa-1913 building into a state-of-the art architectural office. Techniques such as daylight harvesting and a superior thermal envelope will allow King & King to function at minimal energy use. Our team took on unique challenges such as the preservation of 95% of the original building structure, and in doing so we helped our client raise the bar to set a new standard for sustainable design in the Central New York region. |
