| Onondaga Country Justice Center New Construction Construction Manager Hueber-Breuer’s ability to handle the difficulties of a multi-faceted project is evident in the Onondaga County Justice Center. With cost, site, and access limitations, Hueber-Breuer surmounted the challenges of a complex job to successfully complete the new detention facility. The work took place over 28 months in a congested, downtown urban setting with little disruption to day-to-day operations of surrounding businesses. Partnering sessions, promoting a team approach to problem solving, encouraged a cooperative working climate and resulted in smooth coordination of schedules and trades. |
