Central Land LLC and Hueber-Breuer entered into this design build project with several challenges; fast track schedule, design during construction, and a strict budget. The building also has multiple tenants that required attention to each of their design and occupancy needs. This project came in under budget and was turned over on time. The ultimate keys to success were daily coordination with the owner, strict adherence to the schedule, and overall organization of multiple tenants and design consultants.
