| Rome Memorial Hospital MRI Addition General Construction The new diagnostic center addition houses the medical imaging department, women’s imaging center, and a cardiopulmonary services department as well as a new sleep disorders center. As the addition approached 50% completion, the programming of the ground floor space was changed from a conference/education center to the sleep disorders center, requiring complete floor plan modifications. Hueber-Breuer worked closely with the Hospital and the architects/engineers to keep construction going to minimize costs and time delays. “When patients walk into the Hospital’s new Sleep Disorders Center, they’ll feel like they’re in a boutique hotel,” according to Director Eileen Luley.
