| Community General Hosptial Construction Manager Community General Hospital recognized the need to completely modernize and update the labor & delivery wing of their facility. Knowing they had a complex renovation on their hands, they turned to the local experts to safely lead their project to a successful completion….Hueber-Breuer Construction. Located directly above 12 fully functioning operating rooms, this renovation presented every construction challenge imaginable. From plumbing & duct relocations, to vibration and noise constraints, the construction work had to be carefully planned and tightly controlled so as not to disrupt the patient care operations and activities taking place above and below. What was the end result? New Labor and Delivery Suites, so attractive and luxurious, that maternity usage immediately increased 50%. All accomplished without disruption to other patient care activities. By all accounts, this was an impressive accomplishment in today’s competitive healthcare construction marketplace. |
