Critical to the success of this fast-track project was Hueber-Breuer’s close teamwork with the design professionals and hospital facilities staff. Another key component was the ability to plan and execute a project that had a high level of complexity, sensitive environments, and restrictive physical parameters.

The result was the successful completion of a desperately needed parking garage to relieve the high demand for parking on the hospital campus. A pedestrian bridge provides safe and secure access to the main hospital while the Medical Office Centre, constructed on top of the garage, provides convenient patient access to the physician’s offices.
