| 100 Clinton Square Syracuse, New York Historical restoration and renovation 70,000 SF $3.2 M Completed: 1986 Restoring an architectural beauty into contemporary offices and acting as developer of its renovated space required more than a typical construction company. The restoration of 100 Clinton Square in the heart of downtown Syracuse demanded weaving through a maze of government bureaucracy and creatively meeting tenants’ design requirements while maintaining strict historical standards. Construction deadlines threatened to scuttle the project if not met. Enter Hueber-Breuer. Deadlines were met. The space was completely leased within six months and the government commended the restoration. Downtown Syracuse welcomed a historically preserved and successfully developed landmark. |
