| Northeast Biofuels Demolition and New Construction General Construction In the fall of 2007 Hueber-Breuer was selected to participate in the transformation of a vacant Miller brewery plant into a Corn Ethanol Place Capable of producing over 110,000,000 gallons of fuel grade alcohol each year. The Hueber-Breuer forces that at times numbered over 123 workers performed all Site work, Concrete, Millwright, and Structural Steel and prefabricated Metal Buildings. These activates were performed under accelerated schedule conditioned. Some work took place through a winter plagued by lake-effect snow storms that at times would produce over 3 feet of snow in one day. Some key accomplishments associated with this project were: -213,000 SF of new buildings -14,000 CY of new concrete -18,000 LF of new rail -(2) 500,000 Bushel Corn Silos -Grain Receiving for (2) 83 car trains per week -3,100 LF Pipe Support Rack |
