| O'Brien Road Senior Apartments New Construction General Contractor Again teaming up with Loretto, Hueber-Breuer built a wood framed 38,000 SF 3-story assisted living residence with split face block and hardi-plank siding. The residence contains 40 apartments complete with full kitchens & bathrooms, community rooms and a laundry facility - all set back into a serene location with ponds and rolling landscapes. Due to the multiple parties involved, the project required constant communication between HUD, Loretto, Christopher Community, and the architects/engineers in order to reach the overall goals of the project. |
