The Inn is one of several of the Inns of Aurora. It boasts posh rooms and suites with period furnishings offer free WiFi, flat-screens, Italian linens and marble bathrooms. Several rooms have fireplaces or balconies with lake views and suites with sitting rooms and whirlpool tubs.
The Wallcourt was originally constructed in 1910 as a dormitory for Miss Goldsmith’s School for Girls, then served as a dormitory for neighboring Wells College. The extensive renovation and restoration has revived a historic treasure that had been abandoned for several decades. Interior and exterior detail stays true to the original structure while the interior design is contemporary and colorful.
